Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Thane. This role will focus on supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to analyze complex financial data and contribute to high-impact investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials for senior management and potential investors.
- Support capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments impacting the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, operations, strategy) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the financial and healthcare industries.
