Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team in Guwahati. This role will involve supporting strategic financial initiatives, evaluating investment opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our company within the dynamic Indian logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution, with a BBA/BBM background.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess competitive landscapes.
Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the due diligence process for potential investments and acquisitions.
Monitor existing investments and provide ongoing support to portfolio companies.
