Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a B.Com degree to join our team as an Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC - Other associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic entertainment sector, supporting our investment and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
- Support the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis within the film, music, and entertainment sectors.
- Help manage deal pipelines and track investment performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and facilitate transaction processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
