Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Officer with a unique design perspective to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with 2-5 years of experience who can translate complex financial and business information into compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations for our investors and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company's external communication and perception within the investment community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute investor relations strategies, ensuring clear and consistent communication with shareholders, analysts, and the financial community.
Create visually appealing investor presentations, annual reports, and other communication materials, leveraging your B.Des skills to enhance clarity and impact.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, earnings releases, and investor fact sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market sentiment to inform investor relations strategies.
Organize and manage investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
Respond to inquiries from investors and analysts in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure alignment on all investor communications.
