Investor Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Officer to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening our relationships with investors, analysts, and the financial community. This role involves developing and executing the company's investor relations strategy, communicating financial performance and strategic objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in enhancing shareholder value and maintaining a positive market perception for Global Beverages India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial results, earnings calls, investor presentations, and annual reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment.
• Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community.
