We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Officer with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's relationship with its investors and the financial community, ensuring effective communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, investor presentations, and press releases.

Support the Investor Relations team in managing investor inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market sentiment to provide insights to senior management.

Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conference calls.

Maintain the investor relations section of the company website and ensure all relevant information is up-to-date.

Assist in the development and execution of the company's investor relations strategy.
