Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial in managing and enhancing communication between the company and its stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the financial community. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of financial information and corporate developments. This position does not require a postgraduate degree, making it accessible for individuals with relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings call scripts.
Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
Maintain the investor relations section of the company website, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Track and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market sentiment.
Support the organization of investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Help in drafting press releases and other corporate communications related to financial matters.
Assist in managing the company's shareholder database and tracking ownership patterns.
