IPQA Officer

Role Summary: The IPQA (Internal Process Quality Assurance) Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established quality standards and processes within the IT services delivery lifecycle. This role involves conducting audits, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions to maintain and improve the overall quality of services provided by the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits of projects and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review project documentation, including requirements, design, and test plans, for quality and completeness.
- Monitor project execution and identify potential quality risks and issues.
- Document audit findings, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and report on the status of quality assurance activities and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in process improvement workshops and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging quality assurance methodologies.
