IPQA Officer (LLM Required) - Thiruvananthapuram

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IPQA Officer with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices within our law enforcement and security services division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits of processes and documentation related to law enforcement and security services.
- Review and analyze legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the security industry in India and internationally.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and quality metrics.
