Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IPQA Officer with 2-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our Quality Assurance team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and processes, identifying defects, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute test cases (manual and automated) for various software applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
Participate in the review of requirements, design documents, and test plans.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of quality software.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
Assist in the creation and execution of performance and load testing.
Stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies.
