IPQA Officer (Pune)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IPQA Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant technical field and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our electronic manufacturing processes and products. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections at various stages of electronic manufacturing.
- Verify raw material quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Perform final product inspection and testing before dispatch.
- Document all quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support internal and external audits related to quality management systems.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain quality records and ensure traceability of products.
