Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Asset Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles. You will be responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining the company's IT assets to ensure compliance, optimize utilization, and minimize costs within our fast-paced Animation & VFX environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposal).
• Implement and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Track software licenses, ensure compliance, and manage renewals to avoid penalties and optimize spending.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT support, procurement, and finance teams to facilitate asset requests, deployments, and returns.
• Manage the disposal of retired IT assets in an environmentally responsible and secure manner.
• Generate reports on IT asset status, utilization, and financial impact for management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT asset management tools and processes.
