We are seeking a meticulous and organized IT Asset Management professional with a BBA/BBM degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT assets, ensuring compliance, and supporting the lifecycle management of hardware and software within the organization. This role is crucial for optimizing IT spending and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, and software licenses.
- Track the procurement, deployment, movement, and disposal of IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and internal IT policies.
- Assist in conducting regular IT asset audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support the IT department in managing vendor relationships related to IT asset procurement and maintenance.
- Generate reports on IT asset inventory, utilization, and lifecycle status for management review.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure timely replacement or upgrade of IT assets.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to IT asset configurations and support.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for asset optimization and reuse.
