We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Asset Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of our software and hardware assets within our software product development environment. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a foundational understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets.
Support the tracking of asset procurement, deployment, and retirement.
Help in ensuring software license compliance and managing renewals.
Participate in regular asset audits and reconciliation activities.
Liaise with IT support and procurement teams for asset-related queries.
Contribute to the development and refinement of IT asset management policies and procedures.
Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and lifecycle for management review.
