IT Asset Management Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee and manage the lifecycle of all IT assets within our Indian operations. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, optimizing asset utilization, and controlling costs associated with hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT asset management best practices and experience in a fast-paced gaming industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive IT asset management policies and procedures.

Manage the inventory of all hardware and software assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Track asset lifecycles, ensuring timely upgrades, replacements, and license renewals.

Conduct regular audits to ensure asset accuracy and compliance with licensing agreements and internal policies.

Identify opportunities for cost savings through optimized asset utilization and vendor negotiations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset management databases and documentation.

Collaborate with IT, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless asset management processes.

Manage software license compliance and mitigate risks associated with under-licensing.

Provide regular reports on IT asset inventory, utilization, and compliance to management.
