Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IT Audit Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a strong understanding of IT audit principles, risk management, and control frameworks, specifically within the dynamic EdTech industry. You will play a crucial role in assessing and improving our IT systems and processes to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls over financial and operational systems.
- Assess IT infrastructure, applications, and data security to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Review and test IT general controls, including access management, change management, and system operations.
- Perform audits of IT projects, system implementations, and third-party vendor engagements.
- Document audit findings, develop actionable recommendations, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement audit recommendations and track their progress.
- Stay updated on relevant IT audit standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in the EdTech sector.
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual IT audit plan.
- Support compliance activities related to data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
