Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT audits to assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls over IT systems and processes.
- Evaluate information security policies, procedures, and practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Review IT general controls, application controls, and data integrity controls.
- Document audit findings, recommendations, and action plans in clear and concise reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement remediation plans and track their progress.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends, risks, and regulatory changes relevant to the edtech industry.
- Assist in the development and execution of the annual IT audit plan.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
