IT Auditor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented IT Auditor to join our growing team at GoodWorks. The IT Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of IT controls, risk management, and governance processes across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our IT systems and data, supporting our mission to provide seamless facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT audits to assess compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls (e.g., access controls, change management, system operations).
- Perform security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Review IT processes, including system development lifecycle, data backup and recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
- Assess the adequacy of IT risk management frameworks and practices.
- Document audit findings, develop actionable recommendations, and present reports to management.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and audit best practices.
