IT Business Analyst - Textile & Apparel

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing team at Nalli Silks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the textile and apparel sector. You will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating these requirements into functional specifications for IT projects. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across various departments (e.g., merchandising, production, retail operations, supply chain) to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and efficiencies.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with the IT development team to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training on new systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, process maps, and training materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the textile and apparel sector.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of IT initiatives that support business objectives.
