Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our dynamic team at Sula Vineyards. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to analyze our existing IT infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth within the beverage industry. You will work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide expert advice and project management for IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data management.
- Develop and present strategic IT roadmaps aligned with Sula Vineyards' business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on technology selection, implementation, and integration for new systems and upgrades.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring data security, compliance, and business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate user adoption of new technologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to the wine and beverage sector.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on new IT solutions.
