Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of IT solutions within our medical devices and equipment business in India. This role will involve analyzing business needs, recommending technology solutions, and overseeing their deployment to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and present IT strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Operations) to understand their IT requirements.
- Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions.
- Provide expert advice on IT best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
- Facilitate user training and adoption of new IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
