Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT & Information Security professional with a BBA/BBM background to join our team in Vijayawada. This role will support the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and procedures within our hotel operations, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and IT assets. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in IT support or information security, with a strong understanding of business processes and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and enforcement of information security policies and procedures across the organization.
- Monitor IT systems for security breaches and suspicious activities, and report findings to management.
- Support the implementation of security awareness training programs for employees.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure and business processes.
- Assist in managing access controls and user permissions to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Participate in incident response activities and assist in the recovery of systems following security incidents.
- Maintain documentation related to IT security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
