IT & Information Security - Other - MNC (Vadodara)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT & Information Security professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the overall information security posture of the organization, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our critical IT assets within the power industry. This role requires a solid understanding of IT security principles and practices, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor security logs and alerts for potential threats and incidents, and respond accordingly.
- Support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
- Participate in security awareness training programs for employees.
- Help in managing and configuring security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and antivirus solutions.
- Contribute to incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all systems and processes.
- Document security configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
