IT & Information Security - Other role in Defence & Aerospace (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT & Information Security professional with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a strong understanding of security principles and practices relevant to critical infrastructure and sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security controls to protect company assets and data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Monitor security alerts and incidents, and respond effectively to security breaches.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in security awareness training programs for employees.
- Support the maintenance of security-related documentation and compliance records.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations and network security.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the Defence & Aerospace industry.
