Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join our dynamic team in India. This role will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and enhancement of WPP India's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance to support our diverse advertising and marketing operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the backbone of our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual), including operating systems, storage, and network connectivity.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Implement and manage IT security policies, procedures, and technologies to protect company assets.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT teams.
• Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Ensure compliance with WPP's IT policies and relevant regulations.
