Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Infrastructure professional to join our growing startup. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability to support our fast-paced operations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless delivery of our ed-tech platform to our clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), including servers, storage, and networking.
- Implement and manage IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Provide technical support to internal users and assist with IT-related queries.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for new product releases.
- Stay updated with the latest IT infrastructure trends and technologies.
