Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Infrastructure professional with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. This role requires a strong understanding of various IT systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Implement and manage storage solutions and backup strategies.
- Provide technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure through regular patching, vulnerability assessments, and implementation of security best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
