Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Services professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a proven track record in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, with a focus on diverse IT infrastructure services beyond core areas. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations, supporting our growing business needs within the BPM sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage various IT infrastructure components, including but not limited to network devices, servers, storage, and cloud-based solutions.
- Provide support for specialized IT infrastructure services, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions for optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure solutions.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure management and recommend improvements.
