Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Services professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role is crucial for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for our biotechnology research and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and other IT hardware.
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning of all IT infrastructure components.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Support the implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Document IT configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
- Ensure data backups and recovery processes are in place and functioning correctly.
