Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated M.Tech graduate with 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure services to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role will involve supporting and managing our critical IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our technological backbone, contributing to the seamless operation of our biopharmaceutical research and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related infrastructure components.
- Manage and monitor network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Provide support for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and related services.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure system security by implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure meets business needs.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
