IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and reliable access to critical systems for our global programs. This role involves managing servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user support, with a focus on ensuring the stability and security of our IT environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Administer and support cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure).
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect organizational data.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and upgrades.
• Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations.
