Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Network Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and a proven ability to manage and maintain complex network environments within the pulp and paper industry. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other network infrastructures.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect company data.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network systems with other IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network connectivity and issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
