Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless connectivity and supporting the critical business operations of our accounting and auditing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and uptime.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and access control lists.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, providing timely support to end-users and other IT teams.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network upgrades and new projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
