Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Network professional to join our dynamic team at ITC Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our organization's network infrastructure across various locations in India. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and troubleshooting methodologies to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management.
- Manage network infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in network capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry regulations.
