Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Network professional with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's IT network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal uptime and connectivity.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related problems.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network upgrades and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
