IT Operations Management

Role Summary: The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Reliance Retail's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. This role is critical in supporting our vast retail network across India and driving technological advancements to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.
- Oversee IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for all business units.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and data privacy laws.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Develop and manage the IT operations budget.
- Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
