IT Operations Management

Role Summary: The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. This includes ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology systems to support Pratham's mission of improving education for underprivileged children across India. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Oversee IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for staff across various locations.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and data security.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of IT equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Lead and mentor the IT support team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
