IT Operations Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Operations Manager with 4-6 years of experience to oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and operations for SRK Knowledge Foundation, with a focus on supporting our various community welfare and technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a strong understanding of IT systems, network security, and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of our technological backbone, enabling us to effectively serve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee IT support functions, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for staff and project stakeholders.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and organizational security standards.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
