Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented recent graduates with a BBA/BBM degree to join our IT Operations team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing the IT infrastructure and operations of a leading healthcare organization. You will work closely with experienced professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of our critical IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, networks, and servers.
- Support IT helpdesk operations and resolve basic user issues.
- Participate in the implementation and deployment of new IT hardware and software.
- Help in documenting IT procedures, policies, and system configurations.
- Assist in managing IT assets, including inventory and procurement.
