Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Operations team as an IT Operations Management Trainee. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kickstart their career in the technology domain within the accounting and auditing industry. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting and managing our critical IT infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Support the IT operations team in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues for end-users.
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
Help in managing IT assets, including inventory and licensing.
Contribute to documentation of IT procedures and policies.
Learn and apply IT service management best practices.
Assist in ensuring compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
