IT Operations Management - Industrial Equipment / Machinery (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team at Escorts Kubota India in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting our operations in the industrial equipment and machinery sector. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a solid understanding of IT systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware procurement, installation, and disposal.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT operational strategies.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
