Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT Operations Management professional with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting our mission to drive social impact through technology. You will be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Assist in the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Contribute to the development and execution of IT operational strategies and projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
