IT Operations Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth, efficient, and secure functioning of all IT systems, supporting our BPO services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and end-user devices.
• Oversee the implementation and management of IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
• Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Develop and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.
