Job Description
WWF is seeking a dynamic and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various technology initiatives across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that IT projects align with WWF's conservation goals and are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks among cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented and followed up.
- Support the IT team in managing project documentation and resources.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
