Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Lead to manage and drive critical IT projects within our beverage startup. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that support our business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, coupled with a strong understanding of beverage industry IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales) and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Track project progress, report on key milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Implement and adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Post-project review and lessons learned documentation.
