IT Project Lead

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to oversee and manage the successful delivery of IT projects within our dynamic advertising and marketing environment in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
