We are seeking an IT Project Lead with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong project management skills to drive successful IT initiatives within the automotive components sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective team collaboration.
