We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead with a unique educational background in M.Pharma to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is pivotal in managing and executing IT projects within our food processing division, ensuring seamless integration of technology with business operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to understand critical process requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the food processing domain, from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to understand and address specific requirements related to quality control, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes in food production.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Oversee the technical aspects of IT solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and company standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure successful adoption and integration of new IT systems and solutions.
