Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects within our Crop Science division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
• Manage project execution, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts as needed.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
