IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at BYJU'S. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects within the education technology sector. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
